Bonding and Tooth-Colored Fillings
Bonding is a procedure to restore tooth defects using white, tooth-colored materials known as composite resins. This provides a simple, painless solution for teeth that are decayed, chipped, discolored, or uneven. Please contact us today to see if bonding is a good option for you.
Veneers are made from a hard porcelain material that is placed on the front surface of tooth to correct tooth defects and discolorations. They are stronger and last longer than tooth bonding while giving a beautiful, natural appearance to your smile.
Crowns, Inlays, and Onlays
A crown is a restoration that covers or "caps" the tooth to help restore its function, size, and shape. Its purpose is to improve the quality, condition, and appearance of the tooth. Depending on the location of the tooth that needs to be crowned, we offer full ceramic crowns, full porcelain fused to metal crowns, and full cast metal alloy crowns (gold). Porcelain inlays and onlays are another great conservative option to repair damaged teeth while strengthening the integrity of the remaining tooth structure so it returns to its normal function. Porcelain inlays, onlays, and crowns are virtually indistinguishable from natural teeth. Find out more about porcelain restorations. Call us today at 704-263-3770.
Many of us would like to have a whiter smile, and today this can be accomplished quickly in a safe, effective, way through our at-home teeth whitening system. During your first dental visit, we take impressions of your teeth to create custom bleaching trays made especially for you. After your trays are fabricated (usually a day or two), you will return to our office to make sure the trays fit well and provide you with our prescription strength bleaching kit. You will then be given complete instructions on how to use the kit. Typically, you will see visible results within 3-5 days. Complete bleaching usually takes 2 weeks. Please contact ustoday to find out if bleaching is a good option for you.
